Vazhaikkai Bajji/Plantain Bajji


Ingredients

Vazhaikkai/Green Plantain-1

Besan Flour-1cup

Idly Batter-1/4cup

Chilly Powder-1tsp

Baking Soda-a pinch

Salt to taste

Method

1.Mix all the above ingredients except plantain…

2.Add water little by little and make it into a batter(Make sure the batter Is not thin)

3.Heat oil in a kadai..

4.Peel off the kin and Slice the plantain and dip it in the batter.

5.Deep fry it in oil.

6.Tasty bajji is ready…Serve hot with chutney…
